Food Service Manager Re-Certification

Recertification is required by all Health Departments. BHTS offers Open Enrollment courses in Spanish and English throughout Maryland. The recertification course is a one day course that reviews all topics learned in the food safety certification course and includes study guide. Check our class schedule for a class near you.
Open Enrollment 1 day course is $150. Private class is $500.00 per day plus the cost of materials per student.

ServSafe® Alcohol Training

In Maryland, a licensee or designated employee must complete an approved alcohol awareness training program. Training certification is good for 4 years. The ServSafe® Alcohol program is approved in Maryland and is recognized nationwide. Let us help you obtain your licensing and certification needs.

Safe Staff – Employee Food Safety Training

Safe Staff training is offered as a private course in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. available at your location for convenience. Safe Staff is a 2 hour mini version of the ServSafe® course. Contact Juliet Bodinetz for more information.

Stellar Service Employee Customer Service Training

Stellar Service 2-hour course improves hospitality and sales and is geared to your wait- staff, bartenders and hosts. STELLAR SERVICE works with your veteran servers and new servers by helping them improve their service, increase sales, and earn more.
